Exterior architectural enhancement and interior design execution for a grand luxury bungalow in Kelantan. The project required creating an authoritative, timeless estate facade featuring a dramatic double-height entrance portico, custom decorative masonry, and grand chandelier lighting.

Designed in a Neo-Classical Mansion Elegance style, characterized by crisp white plaster facades, soaring Corinthian-inspired columns, symmetrical window grids, and ornate wrought-iron balcony railings. The porte-cochère is centered around statement crystal chandeliers that cast a warm, welcoming glow over the grand entrance.
